Great location for public transport, quiet, excellent staff.
Great central location, yet quiet. Professional and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Free laundry room and guest lounge/kitchen area a nice bonus.
Some rooms don’t have much of a view but I think those ones are also cheaper. And balcony was enclosed.

overall good stay
convenient to bus and train, shopping district, staff is nice
need to update the facility and room cleanliness to be upgraded a little will be good. Long wait for the laundry as some guests don't take out their laundry when done, if possible, more units of washer cum dryer will be good as well.

Great location. Could use some renovating
Location is very central to the Taipei main station (train/metro). Friendly staff. Fast and stable wifi. Since the hotel is located on the 19th floor, you can use all the available elevators, unlike other hotells in the same building located on lower floors. Spacious room.
Bathroom is a bit dated. Carpet in the hallway looks dirty. It seems like only part of it is being cleaned/vacuumed for some reason. No safe in the room. Can hear noise from neighboring rooms at times.

Perfect location and homey room
Location! Just the opposite of the Taipei Main Station Building and close to everything. Lots of good foods nearby. AC works perfectly, both for the cold and warm. Room is spacious with sofa as well. All in all, I had a pleasant stay.
